Arkansas Republican Bruce Westerman's bill to gut the Endangered Species Act, was pulled from the floor.But we know Republicans are not good faith actors-at the same time that this bill was pulled from a vote; the Trump regime is gearing up to remove all ESA protections from the Gulf of Mexico.
