Malignant narcissists are Extremely dangerous. I can’t stress this enough. They have NO upper limits to their chaos, destruction and cruelty in order to achieve their goals. And, they do no have One shred of empathy in their psyche. They leave a trail of victims and survivors, and they do not care about any of them.
