Description

Gakkel Ridge is a mid-ocean spreading center in the north arctic ocean, and home to one of the largest known supervolcanoes on our planet. Interestingly, Earth's magnetic north pole began moving from its location over Canada towards Siberia over the past 100 years, accelerating rapidly in the 1990's, and the trajectory of its movement has it passing directly through the Gakkel supervolcano zone over the next 25 years or so. Earth's magnetic pole in the northern hemisphere is where energy flows into our planet, especially during space weather events like solar coronal mass ejection impacts and geomagnetic storms, and observational evidence in addition to cutting edge geophysics suggests that a link exists between solar activity and earthquake and volcanic activity here on Earth. In this context the North magnetic pole being situated directly over Gakkel supervolcano is a very large unknown, and worth exploring in greater detail, which we will do in this video. @StefanBurns please subscribe ✅ 🌐 Earth's Magnetic Field Master Guide - use code "SUPERVOLCANO" for 50% off!! https://wildfreeorganic.gumroad.com/l/earths-magnetic-field-master-guide Or you can join my channel as a special member and watch the full guide on YouTube ad-free! Dutchsinse was the first to realize this was a super caldera. You are both inspiring. Thanks for all your great work.

Hi everyone, hope you all enjoy the deep dive and that I piqued your curiosity on some new subjects with this video! I started work on this video 12+ months ago. PLEASE if you are going to ask a question, watch the whole video first, I may have addressed it already so don't jump the gun. KEEP IT CONSTRUCTIVE please and thank you! More videos will be released on this topic overtime, I think I may have noticed another supervolcano caldera nearby that was recently just heavily bathymetrically scanned, so as they say, "the plot thickens" 🧐

Stephan! Did you know that the magnetic polar movement increased exponentially and changed direction directly after the Carrington event of 1859???

If the 15 events were all above magnitude 5, imagine the earthquakes when that thing erupted. WOW!!

Yes moving can be very stressful however it looks like we're going to have to move that volcano
