Tipping is management's excuse for not paying employees.
I hate tipping culture. It’s not my job to pay your employees..
From a foreigner view: The US tipping system is sick and absurd. Pay your staff, thats how simple it is.
When I was in Slovakia I went to tip the waiter, a young man who refused taking it as an insult. That was the end of tipping for me.
As someone from the outside, US tipping culture is insanity
Cheap?! It's the employer that's cheap, just pay your employees.
The so-called greatest country in the world does not pay it's workers a living wage. It's a disgrace.
You are absolutely right. They want you to pay the service fee, the gratuity, the tip, the salaries, the administrative fee, and to add something to help. 😂
