Pastor Cries in Court After Wife’s Murder Arrest

Caleb Flynn called 911 claiming a burglar broke into his Tipp City, Ohio, home and fatally shot his wife, 37-year-old Ashley Flynn, as their two young daughters slept nearby. But after initially treating the case as a burglary, investigators, later joined by the FBI, determined the scene appeared staged and arrested Flynn, charging him with felony murder, felonious assault, and tampering with evidence. Flynn has pleaded not guilty, maintains his innocence, and is being held on $2 million bond as Ashley’s family says they believe the arrest was made carefully and with serious consideration.
