"The 1st sign of a collapsing empire is blood sports to entertain the emperor. The 2nd is invading Persia... shit." Nick Offerman
There is a really unfortunate fact of the 250th versus the 200th. I was 22 years old, living in DC. And it was so exciting - a time of American pride and a sense of turning the corner from the recent, divisive past. Now I'm 72, and the anniversary means nothing to me. It has no deep resonance. I don't have a sense of pride. I don't have a sense of moving ahead. It is a real moment wasted.
Funny how we have the money for war but we don't have money for social security
As a veteran, this disgusts me in a way I can't fully describe. Shameful, disgrace to the nation to act this way.
170 dead schoolgirls. 1000's of dead civilians. War crimes. Great job Donnie.
Elect a trash man, drown in garbage 🗑
Are we surprised that this event was just a crass cash grab done in bad taste? 😮
250M in one night of attacks, but the govt and President keeps saying they can't afford to provide health care to Americans. It's ridiculous
Tell me again how we can’t afford healthcare or a stronger social safety net because “the adults in the room” are so fiscally responsible.
Boycott all the companies that sponsored this disgraceful event.
