The only Sora video you need to see

On 25 May 2025, I write this to mention that no matter what Prompt I use, the Camera never stays static in SORA, it ALWAYS shakes or moves and nothing I say can make it stop and remain motionless. For that reason, once my subscription expires, I won't renew, because many videos I want to create I need the camera to be totally still.

I uploaded a reference image and want everything to stay exactly the same — lighting, style, composition, and mood. I only want a small movement (like a finger swipe or a screen change), but Sora keeps changing the look, lighting, or realism. How can I lock the scene and prevent any unwanted changes?"

My main concern is the inconsistency between scenes involving the same protagonist. For example, I want a character to leave their living room, step outside the house, and eventually reach the city. There should be an option to attach a photo or description of the character and strictly ensure it is consistently used across all new scenes. Additionally, I could imagine a feature where users could upload 1 to 10 human-like photo characters, assign each an avatar name, and use these characters in one or multiple scenes they wish to create by text. This would make it easier to maintain consistency and reuse established characters seamlessly. Another milestone could be enabling characters to speak or sing over a defined period. This could be achieved by adding another layer where users specify the avatar name and input the text or lyrics. The system would then render the dialogue or song for a set duration, synchronizing it with the character's animation. Finally, the pricing model seems excessive: paying $200 for just some bugy seconds of video content feels unreasonable, especially when glitches or inconsistencies remain prevalent. A more competitive and accessible pricing structure would greatly enhance the user experience and attract more creators, after a better technical concept.
