Description

Just two days before his confirmation hearing, Todd Blanche was hit with a blistering, 56-page ruling by a federal judge in Florida. Judge Kathleen Williams effectively nullified the purported settlement that formed the basis of Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund and release order shielding him from IRS audits. The judge also sent a copy of her ruling to the State Bar of New York to consider whether Blanche should be disciplined. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, a member of the Judiciary Committee, discusses how it might affect the confirmation hearing with Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News. Discipline?? The president of the United States and the attorney general conspired to defraud a federal court and the American people. They should both be imprisoned.

You should not only not be confirmed but he should absolutely be disbarred from ever practicing law again

Pardoning J-6 insurrectionists was bad enough, the idea of paying them for their criminal acts is insane.

Blanche signed on for the consequences as much as for the power and influence. Make this count.

I loved when the Judge listed cases with similar amount of money reward and how long each took.
