Burrow and Chase with the bengals reminds me of stafford and Johnson with the lions.
So, the Bengals 4 wins this year have come against the 2 & 7 Browns, the 2 & 7 Raiders, 2 & 7 Panthers and 2 & 7 Giants. The loss at home to the 2 & 7 Patriots is inexcusable.
Eli Apple would be an improvement to their defense and that says a lot
That super bowl appearance bought Zac Taylor more years than it should have and Mike Brown being a cheap ass.
Zach Taylor is like the coach in The waterboy, he's intimidated by the other coaches and afraid to make winning play calls
The bengals have a history of letting too many good players walk.
As a bengals fan, this has by far been the most frustrating and disappointing season so far. We have lost to every single “good team” and even our “wins” against horrible teams were too close for comfort at times. We are 4 or 5 plays away from being 7 or 8 win team. Our front office doesn’t make the right moves; there’s no accountability; and we simply cannot have any one besides burrow or chase make a game winning play when it’s needed. It’s pure exhaustion and heartbreak, week in and week out.
The offense can score, the defense can’t stop a score.
1. Horrible defense 2. Refs It's like watching Drew Brees with The Saints when they couldn't stop going 7-9. Or Stafford in Detroit the whole time.
The Bengals trot out the school of deaf and blind to play defense and are surprised when it doesn’t work out
