Ivette Fuentes wonders at what scales entanglement might interconnect the universe. Where do you think that scale ends — or doesn't it end at all?
What I've realized I don't understand (of the many things of QM) is that "interaction" CREATES the entanglement, all the while another kind of "interaction" (with the environment) is responsible for the decoherence; however, the "environment" is also particles, and "decoherence" is "coherence, in reverse" (coherence being responsible for the establishment of the entanglement, decoherence - for its demise; but interactions ARE interactions)... Puzzled... Robert, explain, please... P.S. I like Ivettes mind/work, as I've said before...
Well Ivette explains THAT they may become entangled but certainly not HOW. You can't leave us hanging like this :)
A comment for the algorithm.
The one and only truth will always remain out of reach of humanities comprehension of understanding…☯️
Also, space and time ARE the background! 😉
Science is still grappling with the fact that self-existence is an illusion. Until science is willing to question the appearance of self-existence nothing will be ultimately solved. Approaching reality with the perspective that objects are independently existent is a knowledge malfunction from the start. Consequently, all subsequent theories are contaminated by a fundamental flaw. Science needs to stop questioning the perception and start questioning the method of perceiving.
So in a 5 minute video, we get a 30 spoiler of what's to come, meaning this is really a 4 minute video. REALLY? Can you just not PLAY THE VIDEO without editing clips at the front out of sequence?
METAPHYSICS IS THE BASIS OF PHYSICS... QUANTUM FIELD IS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THE TWO... A THEORY HAVING BOTH REALITIES RECOGNIZED WILL ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS, AS IT IS THE TRUE REALITY OF EVERYTHING...
Speaking of universe-wide entanglement in the context of quantum cosmology, I was reading about entanglement across the inflationary multiverse and playing an important role in the emergence of our space and time through the Page-Wootters mechanism. The really basic idea is that it's not clear where time comes from in quantum gravity according to the Wheeler-deWitt equation, since it's dynamic and can't be a background. It has to emerge within the system itself. But in a closed quantum system, there isn't any external environment that allows the Hamiltonian to internally evolve. So formally there aren't any dynamics at all, and there is no time evolution! It's just like a kind of infinite dimensional standing wave in Hilbert space spinning in place. But a target subsystems can have time evolution if you reference it as a separate clock system that's entangled with it but weakly or non-interacting. The punchline is, the ideal clock system for the observable universe would be the combination of 3 things: many more degrees of freedom than our universe, entangled, and non-interacting; and the inflationary multiverse arguably best fit those criteria. The same logic also applies to the emergence of dynamic space in quantum gravity. I think I got the gist of it.
