Isn't it odd that the system meant to protect small inventors from huge corporations is almost exclusively used by huge corporations?

Nikon buying RED and then telling them "shut the fuck up about your patent" is such a bro move it's crazy
Valve is under going a lawsuit about this too. It looks like they'll win
I had always thought that you could only patent your specific method for doing a thing, if someone comes up with another way of doing the same thing they should be fine. The idea that someone could patent a concept of a thing is crazy.
The worst change to patent system was getting rid of first to invent and replacing it with first to file in the early 2010s. That empowered and encouraged patent trolls

The reason magnetic charging cables for most devices isn't the standard is because of Apple. The reason you don't have infinite scroll on your mouse is because of Logitech. That is not to mention that millions of people die each year because of medical patents which is also a major part why medical costs are so absurdly high.
Well you heard the judge, if some people cave in to your extortion scheme that makes it legal!
I have an idea. Can someone try to patent the act of using that Texas court to file patents? We just need to figure out how to word it so the people in that court don't understand what it's about and we're golden.
