A “conservative” movie is such a strange concept. Any movie that is too preachy and doesn’t understand proper story telling is ass, why would you dive head first into that category no matter what side you’re on

I'm generally conservative. I briefly had a subscription to DW. The articles were short and dumb. Very low effort. The content I was interested in (Shapiro, occasionally Walsh) is available for free on YouTube. I have kids but had zero interest in the kid's content or any of the other movies, for that matter. Overall, I'm fairly burned out on conservative content. Reading the WSJ oped page and occasionally listening to Shapiro on YouTube is more than enough. Walsh and Knowles (especially Knowles, who is clearly smart enough to know better and comes from a "Catholic" perspective) simping for Trump is actively repulsive to me.

I am unable to be surprised that a movement which denigrates freedom of expression has trouble making headway in a domain that rewards enthusiastic and unique expression.
