His doctor cited the 5th and not doctor patient privilege thats odd
Dr. Jill should be charged with elder abuse!
Remember what the Democrats in DC said about members of Trump family and cabinet pleading the the 5th shows guilt.
As a lawyer, I am to assume he is not pleading because he is guilty. As a normal human being…he’s guilty….
He's already proved he's guilty
Anything he signed whether by auto pen or in person is null and void. He is on camera asking “what am I signing?”
A court of law cannot use the fact that you plead the 5th as an admission of guilt. The public is not bound by the same restriction.
He needs to lose his medical license. Someone needs to initiate a court case alleging that all the AUTOPEN signed EOs are null and void.
lying on official medical forms has consequences and doc knows that
As the "whitehouse physician," his job was to evaluate and report the health of the president. He took taxpayer dollars to perform (poorly) a government job. He should be subject to congressional oversight. As president, you give up doctor/patient privilege. Taxpayers have a right to information about your ability to execute the position. If either of these two didn't like the extra scrutiny, they had the option to resign.
