I’m a new dad this year, my baby girl is 6 months this week. It was after having my daughter that I came across the song “The Mother” by Brandi Carlile. Getting to watch my wife live every lyric of that song was one of the most beautiful things i have ever experienced. It was watching my wife and observing it through the lens of that song that completely changed how I view motherhood. Brandi Carlile’s writing and talent is so authentic and brilliant. Getting to watch one of my favorite people talk to one of my favorite artists was one of the coolest experiences. This podcast is top tier level stuff.

These episodes could be twice as long and I wouldn't be bored

I love how Brandi kept asking Amy for her answers to the same questions. So curious. That energy is so kind and contagious. Two beautiful souls. I want to be their best friends too. Please plan a trim carpentry workshop in Seattle so we can learn the skills!
