I like how the person telling the Egyptian slave to rise up and fight against the Pharaoh for his people is a Jewish man. Very symbolic.
In Beast's defense, he's canonically bad at figuring out time travel. Just ask the All New X-Men. (Sure, he brought them into his future, but he sure as hell couldn't figure out how to put them back)
Bishop is a seasoned time traveler and not from the 1990's, so he would absolutely be very specific about saying what era they need to be returned to.
The fact that Kang has perfectly obedient robots and is STILL utilising human slaves... Presumably just... For the love of the game? Peak Evil.
Kinda want to see the fantastic four beat up Rama tuth at the end of the post credits
21:36 I heard from Nando that bishop and maybe cable may say “the 90s” like that because they are time travelers from the future ones they don’t like and spend as much time away from them as they can. And happen to jump around a lot. So saying “the future” could mean anything or time tracker mumbo about them needing to be specific where people are going.
That En Sabah Nur scene with the elephant reminded me of Fourarms throwing that mammoth in the Washington DC episode 😂
"Why are you wearing a FF tshirt?" "Here is the THING."
I was really worried they were going to make Magneto the cause for Apocalypse and I’m glad they didn’t. Given the episode is meant to be focused on Magneto (given he’s the one blocking the previously on) I think they were trying to show just how committed Magneto is to being better by letting people think he was slipping only to prove he’s committed
The evil laughter combined with the 'To Be Continued...' moment is such a great homage to all the times it ended that way in the original show.
