She should sue the city of Rochester for harassment and violating her 1st amendment and seek damages of $300 million dollars...
She should sue the city for denying her right given by the First Amendment.
When a word from a non-favored group gets a harsher punishment than violence from a favored one, the goal is not justice, but imposing a new political order.
