Seriously, all military, security, policing and alphabet agencies should have as part of their training, a course on not only what our founding fathers wrote down as our constitution but the letters and debates they were having while drafting the constitution. After all, if they are all participating in enforcing our laws, they should have a solid understanding of what all of our laws are supposed to be based on.
