The biggest problem with ALL science is ego. Add that to the egos of academics and politicians and you get a really big problem. Many have either been killed or canceled by this lot. I know .

Has this dude never heard of the Biefeld-Brown effect (electrohydrodynamic (EHD) propulsion)? Discovered in the 1920s by Thomas Townsend Brown and Paul Alfred Biefeld, describes a phenomenon where a net force is generated on an asymmetric capacitor when a high voltage direct current is applied.
1911 was the first time anyone reached the south poll even tho there's hundreds year old maps of it
Someone should tell Brian that peer review is not something to hold up as an example of "good gatekeeping". Everyone saw just how wonderful peer review works during covid, and I lost count long ago of all the other examples of peer review doing the opposite of its intent.
