Dr. Berg, you helped my mom with her plantar faciatis (i didnt spell that correctly) Also my energy. I started taking 10k vitamin D and i feel amazing!!!

Thank u dr Berg!!!! Who would have thought we could eat the entire lemon?! Organic of course. I squeeze squeeze squeeze my lemon’s and let the remaining lemon sit in my water or tea so I’m so happy to know the remaining lemon will not go to waste:)

I want to let you know that after many months of experiencing neuropathy in my feet that I decided to try fasting. My feet do feel somewhat better but the greatest change is in my overall physical well being. I feel much less cravings for junk food and sweets. For most of 2021 i was going to a famous fast food place for large fries and a medium coke, my weight had gone to an extra 45 lbs and I felt horrible and very disappointed in myself. I couldn't stop my self everyday I would "treat myself" I was on a path of self destruction until, I began watching your episodes on fasting and its benefits, I have not had any sugars for the past three weeks and I have no cravings! ITs all in my past now. Thank you for being here to make me a better person. I lisetn to you each night with a different episode. I have not lost any weight yet however I feel 90 per cent better. Thank you for being here.
