You MUST Avoid These Features On Cars!

Stop/Start is directly from hell.

Too many sensors and two many potential central points of failure which no one actually asked for.

All the extra features are mainly there to drain your bank account to get them fixed.

Auto start stop has to be the most annoying feature to grace the earth. Not only does it shut the engine off while at a light and if you need to go quickly the engine can’t, it’ll destroy the engine quicker than it was designed, and it doesn’t even save fuel because the engine is turning on and off. At least some cars let you turn it off like mine does

Brand New Car: These engines are saving the planet! 3-years-later: These engines are in the junk yard. Remind me again, how is this saving _anything_ ??

Alot of these features are made for people who shouldn't be on the road

He's right on point. I hate electronics in cars. I'd rather have a car than a mobile phone on 4 wheels.

Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) is the worst thing. My friend almost had an accident when he had to swerve suddenly to avoid hitting the car in front of him but the LKA intervened and made it difficult to steer his car quickly without using the turn signal. In an emergency situation, there’s no time to use the turn signal before using the steering wheel to swerve the vehicle to avoid an accident.
