Ben Shapiro Reviews "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning"

I agree with many of the criticisms of this movie. It is too long, the villain(s) are weak, and the stakes aren't great. All that being said, I couldn't help but enjoy this movie a lot. None of the flaws were large enough to diminish it for me, even compounded together, and I was hooked for the whole run time

The submarine scene is worth the ticket.

Them killing off Rebecca for Haley was a mistake in my opinion, I loved Rebecca's character so much more.

I get all the criticisms, but I’ve been a sucker for this franchise since I was a kid and I freaking loved this movie. It was so much fun. Also that airplane sequence in IMAX is insane!!!

The ending was just like Mission Impossible Fallout. There he chases the bad guy in a helicopter to get the device while the others are disarming the nuke and waiting for him. Here he chases the bad guy in a prop plane to get the device while the others are disarming a nuke waiting for him.

When Gabriel died and how he died I remember laughing and thinking: “that’s what happens when you think you’re Tom cruise but you’re not”

Cheers to bringing back William Donloe from the first film.

I love how Gabriel died in a comedic way, I’ve missed films where the villain dies in a goofy way

Wow. I'm psyched that Ben did this, this is one of my top series and I just saw it.
