Oh, I’m such a nerd that this is probably gonna be one of my favorite episodes ever like I like silly stuff but the science stuff is really cool and the hybrids as long as it’s responsibly done it’s just fascinating
I didn't like celery growing up, but more and more I really like it. I even love just the smell of celery. Here in Honduras it is not white - they don't cover it when it's growing, and it's very green and aromatic. It makes beans and soups smell and taste great, and my fave is apple and celery salad!
I would love to see a follow up episode with the Baker Creek Farms that strives to protect heirloom seeds from around the world. Love the show thanks guys! Just an idea how about breeding a spicy celery?
This inspired me to try some new seeds. I've been strictly common/easy herbs and fruits.
This is literally helping change my mind as i watch. I can feel my neurons moving about. I feel so good when I eat veggies but have been slacking....for years!!! This is an awesome episode. Good job guys. More innovative episodes please ❤❤❤
Great discussion!!!
My first thought about the water chestnuts was jicama too!
Blue Hill is on my bucket list of places to eat because I live in the Hudson Valley. I can dream. ❤😊
great convo
