Imagine cracking your tooth on a spare rib being the reason you testify in a court case a decade later.
The lack of self awareness of attorney Fulman saying, “Court reporter might shoot me…” is astonishing. I clocked it right when she said it and I bet the jury did too. And all the witnesses are kind of like, “Well that was pointless.” Or “We knew this already.” Or, “Didn’t the defence not contest who wrote the script?” I know it’s hard to defend the indefensible, but I’ve seen a lot of defence attorneys do it way better than this.
The defence feels like they should be wearing glue-on moustaches
She didn't mean for it to go as far as arresting her family.
Sometimes life itself is poetry. Donna's bestie having to return from the ✨️airport✨️ to Donna's trial is quite poetic.
I was so surprised the stream was only 6 hours since all the other days have been like 10+ hours; knowing it’s the defense makes a lot of sense. Their disorganized method gives Emily so much zoom zoom room 😂
Do Donna’s lawyers realize they’re supposed to be defending her?! I feel like they’re just solidifying the state’s case 🎉
Annie is lying through her teeth, it’s astounding that she has such little self awareness that she can’t see that she’s making this look even worse! She also comes off just like Donna thinking she’s better than people and the smartest person in the room but she’s not outsmarting anyone. It wasn’t genuine at all.
This crime is so appalling. SO APPALLING. They could have bought a house in Tallahassee. Ok, their daughter didn’t like living in Tallahassee, so they had him murdered. These people had everything going for them and they could not flex about their self centered daughter living across the State. They must ALL pay. ALL OF THEM.
You know what I most took from the testimony of Donna’s friends? The power and privilege that the Adelson’s had. From the school friends network to find a dentist, the astonishing amount of travel they did, and just the snooty looks the first witness (Annie?) would give the prosecutor. It all just stank of money and entitlement.
