Trump REBUKED by FEDERAL JUDGES in STUNNING REPORT!!!

Attorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian cover the Bright Line Watch and UCLA Law Safeguarding Democracy Project survey, the first joint survey of federal judges, elite lawyers, and law professors on the state of U.S. rule of law. The findings: 94% of legal experts say Trump's second term poses a greater threat to the rule of law than his first. Only 30% have confidence the Supreme Court will make impartial decisions involving the Trump administration. Nearly half of responding federal judges said they fear harassment if they rule against the government. Three in four federal judges who provided open-text responses expressed concern about the Trump administration, including two Republican-appointed judges. One Republican-appointed appeals court judge wrote that the current president "presents the greatest threat" to the nation's commitment to law. Legal experts rated U.S. rule of law at its lowest point in a decade, placing the country closer to a "partial rule of law" system than a strong one. Political scientists simultaneously rated U.S. democracy closest to an "illiberal democracy." The three institutional failures flagged: politicized law enforcement, dysfunctional separation of powers, and executive branch overreach.
