Nigerian GENOCIDE? The Truth Will STUN You
Resource Exploitation and Geopolitical Sabotage Driving Nigerian Conflict
Discover the statistical reality that resource deposits, not religious ideology, motivate displacement in Nigeria, and learn how US policy choices deliberately crippled Nigerian defense capabilities over the last decade.
Short Summary
- The primary objective of widespread violence appears to be clearing land for resource extraction, explaining why Muslims often die alongside Christians.
- Geopolitical actors systematically undermined the Nigerian military's capacity by canceling modernization deals and imposing arms embargoes after the 2015 election.
- The sheer variety of armed groups operating now forces media to generalize attackers as "bandits" or "unknown gunmen."
This discussion with investigative journalist David Hundeyin reveals the hidden economic drivers behind insurgency in Nigeria. Understanding these obscured motives is crucial for grasping the country’s ongoing instability and the documented degradation of its defense infrastructure.

Once was oil, now rare minerals...same playbook
I am Nigerian and live in Kano state..as far as I know the truth did not suffer any distortion in this interview..@Kim Iverson I fiollw you and do not regret doing so.
I have so much respect for this man, he speaks the truth so intelligently.
That’s exactly what a Nigerian told me. In fact according to him, Bucco Haram was created by America to destabilize the country and take over the natural resources.
I'm a Nigerian and can confirm that what this Man is saying is completely true. Keep up the good work Kim ❤
Not really surprising. Throughout history, religious conflict has often been mostly just smokescreen to justify wars that were really about stealing resources.
As a Nigerian, I am finally satisfied that even Nigerians have started to know the truth.
Today the saying "All roads lead to Rome" can be replaced with the saying "All violence leads to the U.S.".
Remember, that David Hundeyin is not suicidal.
Sounds like forced displacement of the local population regardless of religion
