Why do they need asylum here when they already have it in Mexico?

Idiotic arguments and stances should get justices kicked off the SC for incompetence. If you have that tenuous of a grasp of the law and logic, you should not be part of the highest court. It's the equivalent of having a person who failed algebra teach differential equations at MIT.

We have the same law here in Australia . Illegals have to get to Australian soil to ask for asylum . When all of those illegal boats were coming they would try to get to Christmas island or would be taken there by the navy . Christmas island is a Australian territory . We passed a law taking Christmas island out of our formal migration zone . They were all relocated to other countries .
