My concern is not that AI will replace my job. Rather my concern is that CEOs believe it can.

My take away: show up! Level up and keep building! 💪

I'm not a programmer however I've worked in tech solutions continuously for the last 4 years. My observations are: 1 move coding to other contries such as India for the majority of the code and system architects / cloud management to france . 2 AI does not take engineering jobs. Its effective at not hiring juniors as it does an acceptable job

The job market for fresh cs grads has been so tough haven’t been able to land any internships yet as they give em all to people with work ex . Chicken egg situation here . Market sucks hope it’s more accepting of new grads soon 😢

I kind of agree, glad you decided to talk and make a video. But wonder why rate of layoffs have been higher last year or two. The intake is also quite low, no denying, new grads bearing the brunt. Would be nice if you shared your perspective there.
