The genius choice of having this prequel about college days being released 12 years later would make the kids who watched Monsters inc college students
4:37 Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends
Such a heartbreaking soul shattering lesson, equally as devastating as it is brutally honest and necessary. You won’t always be able to achieve what you want, no matter how hard you work, or how badly you want it. The signs were there all along. From Mike’s peers, to his teachers, even his best friend. It wasn’t until the absolute pinnacle of his failure that Mike realised he wasn’t scary. Even then there were no tears, no excuses, not an ounce of denial. All he did was finally understand that everyone was right about him. However, that didn’t stop him. It wasn’t the end just because he dedicated to much time to becoming a scarer. With the proper support, he got back up and started over, finding success even without a degree or full university education. It’s a story that’s nothing if not empowering for anyone who feels lost or stuck, providing a lesson that needs to be recognised so much better❤️
This movie is soooooo underrated. It's along the same vein as Soul, when they remind you just because your life doesn't go the way you planned, doesn’t make everything you went through is worthless.
16:18 that's a reference to Boo in the first movie! Her file says she's afraid of snakes. That's why Randall was her monster. And when she saw Sulley roar, she cried instead of screaming.
4:46 Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends lol I loved that show ❤❤🎉🎉
4:55 iTS "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends"! XD
Monsters University is a good movie. Mike Wazowski may not be a scarer, but Mike Wazowski had badass moments. He's the leader in Oozma Kappa. I love the moment when he and Sulley work together to scare the adults. It was amazing!
1:26 is a prime example of why I’d give literally anything to hang out with Kristen and her friends for a few days. I know it would be an unforgettable experience!
6:32 AND THAT'S WHY RANDALL ALWAYS SQUINTS!! 😮😮😮
