The video is just being misrepresented in general. What they, as veterans of the fields, are doing is reminding soldiers that it is their duty to disobey any unlawful/unconstitutional orders. If a soldier feels they have been given such an order they need to disobey and report to begin the process of an investigation. You are knowingly risking your career but it is a double edged sword. If you do not do this, and then it is found later that an order was this, you cannot use the defense of "I was just doing my job". Your are going to be complacent and held accountable for the violation as well. This is a law under UCMJ that was implemented after the Nuremburg trials.. As soldiers you are reminded of this roughly every six months in remedial training as well.(US Army Veteran here(for reference)

I love the idea of their "unprecedented record in the Supreme Court" being a defense of anything they're doing. These orders can't make it to SCOTUS unless every other court rules them to be illegal in the first place.
