In Oregon, it's common to have an asian homebuyer, who NEVER has ever been to the property in person. (How do I know??? I worked in the industry.) That same property sits there without renters, occupancy, and without proper lawn maintenance. This made me wonder who these individuals REALLY are and were they buying as a proxy for the CCP? Much of my curiosity has now been answered.
