The SPLC singlehandedly broke the KKK - they got a massive judgment against it! And several suits getting women fundamental equal rights like one that got Servicewomen the same benefits as the males. WHITE SUPREMACISTS and all the right wing haters have had it in for SPLC forever, I suspect this bs criminal case is cooked up by those forces. One reason it should be tossed is, where's the genuine donor who complained of being defrauded? If they produce any donor "Victim" I bet it's some Project Veritas type who set this up by making the donation - which IMO is the fraud, on the Court.

I actually was a donor to the SPLC during the time in question...I absolutely knew and was happy to fund anything they did with my donations ....I drove home to Nashville once and there was a hugh KKK rally on the way outside of Nashville... I never wanted to see those people dressed in robes in my state again and started funding the Southern Poverty Law Group the next day!!!

I have financially supported, southern poverty law center, and ACLU and several other institutions and democratic politicians. I haven’t felt defrauded by a single one.
