I grew up in an authoritarian country and moved here where there is freedom. I am more scared about what’s going on here now than when I lived in the Philippines. I attend the protests and support democratic candidates who are not backed by big money. Thank you for all you do!

You are sooooooo right! Your commentary is spot on!!! As a 69 year old woman I am horrified that the United States has regressed in so many ways under this T Rump regime!!!! Why have women every where across the country not taken to the streets in mass to protest their right to choose, their right to not fear being dragged from their cars by masked government thugs, access to healthcare, etc !!! What happened to all the progress we older women fought so hard for so our daughters and granddaughters had the right to choose a career path, to marry or not, to have children or not!!!! Wake up for God sakes before it is to late and women are stripped of all their rights!!!!

As an Australian, we were given health care provided for all by our Federal Government, back.in 1975, and our medical care has only improved since then !!! But my American mates, have had come contrived story about it, having no answers, and I feel sad for them !!!
