I won $5000 in a scratcher at the age of 8 years old bc I seen a pretty paper stuck on the fence. After reading the instructions of this paper game I seen it was a winning ticket. Took it to my father and boy was he happy! He took me school clothes shopping, to wet and wild and just spoiled me lolol
Bailey! When you mentioned getting pulled over on a boat it made me think you should TOTALLY do a story about the history of pirates 🏴☠️ that would be so cool
The fact that i learn more about history from her dark history videos then I did in highschool is just insane..😢
A homeless lady in my hometown won the lottery years ago. She ended up buying herself a van to live in and better her life but still lived very humbly. I feel like winning big can either make or break you.
I used to work at a gas station and there was this guy who would come in a few times a day and get scratchers. He played a lot! He ended up winning a million dollars and came back and gifted everyone that worked in the store $400 each! It was so nice of him and we were all really greatful! I still see him around town! Great guy!
I won 20 grand on a scratcher 8 years ago. It was a blessing for me. 25% taxed straight away, but can claim it the next year. Some of it. The first thing I spent it on was donated to a cause. The earthquake in Nepal happened that year and they needed help badly. Maybe that is the way to release any "curse " winning big. Never forget the humble beginning.
The Florida lottery paid for my college, so thank you to everyone who plays!
My grandmother had cash hidden everywhere but right before she passed she went shopping like a crazy woman and bought everything she saw, she was like "nobodys getting my money" 🤣🤣🤣
I think most people are not prepared to handle that amount of money. I would hire a legal team if I won
My dad had an acquaintance in the 90's that won somewhere around $10million in the lottery. He got a lump sum of about 55%. Everyone came out of the wood works. Those long lost cousins he never knew of, that now wanted him to fund their business ideas. Family and friends expecting him to fund college for their kids, vacations, dinners out, etc. New homes, renovations, lavish gifts. Within 3 years he was flat broke. The cherry ontop was all those people who felt entitled to his money disappeared shortly after the money was gone. My dad got an update on his a few years after the money was gone and it was that he wished he never won the lottery. He felt totally alone and used. He felt like he was in a no won situation. If he didn't give money to anyone, they would hate him. He spent it all foolishly on them, and they ended up hating him anyways. Very sad situation.
