I bank in Thailand as that’s all you need to buy condos as foreigner and have had good banking experiences
A very relevant addition, when talking about depositing money in banks, is their deposit insurance! How much of the deposited money is insured should something go wrong in a country. Perhaps a video dedicated to this topic would be useful.
Philippines is super easy and low cost too. Much easier than some countries mentioned here. USD 20,000 deposit and get residence visa.
Just got first step of a Panama PR Visa for wife and I, $USD 200k in CD for 3 years. Interest paid out monthly, full PR in about 3 years. Friendly Nations Visa.
Having been to Saudi Arabia, I can’t imagine settling there for many reasons.
Would like to see you focus on cheap residence with a path to citizenship.
Thailand has updated remittance rules this month if you are tax resident. If you bring in money in the same year or year after it is earned is now tax free on any visa not just the LTR
Barbados didn’t leave the Commonwealth, it transitioned to a Republic
im glad I'm already active and a citizen of Barbados. RBC is horrible only work if you are Canada. It yes keep this island at the bottom. Let stay exclusive.
