Description

Update for the conflict in Ukraine for January 28, 2024… - The collective West is grappling with critical shortages of artillery ammunition Ukraine requires to continue fighting against Russian forces; - The Western media admits that US-European attempts to expand production will take years and still fall short of even current Russian production numbers; - Conflicts elsewhere are placing additional strain on NATO artillery shell stockpiles; - Western analysts and commentators are contemplating increasingly desperate measures to speed up production increases, including sacrificing quality and safety, something they’ve all recently criticized Russia for doing as it expands munition production; - Ukrainian “activists” complain about their difficulty in selling continued Western support for Ukraine to the Western public; - There is an attempt to portray the conflict in Ukraine as “existential” for the West, claiming that Russia will end up moving further west if it wins in Ukraine; - This dismisses the reality surrounding the current conflict in Ukraine, the preceding decades of aggressive NATO expansion up to Russia’s borders, and NATO’s use of proxies to attack Russia on its borders; References: Washington Post - U.S. war plans for Ukraine don’t foresee retaking lost territory (January 26, 2024): https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2024/01/26/ukraine-war-plan-biden-defense/ Defense News - Lockheed to double Patriot missile production as orders explode https://www.defensenews.com/land/2018/07/11/lockheed-to-double-patriot-missile-production-as-orders-explode/ Breaking Defense - Raytheon to max out AMRAAM production for ‘foreseeable future,’ exec says (September 2023): https://breakingdefense.com/2023/09/raytheon-to-max-out-amraam-production-for-foreseeable-future-exec-says/ Army Recognition - Diehl Defence ramps up production of IRIS-T missile systems (September 2023): https://www.armyrecognition.com/defense_news_september_2023_global_security_army_industry/diehl_defence_ramps_up_production_of_iris-t_missile_systems.html#google_vignette Wall Street Journal (YouTube) - 155mm Shells: Can the U.S. Arm Both Israel and Ukraine Effectively? | WSJ Equipped (January 24, 2024): https://youtu.be/NZOEgFLCvLU?si=cWYJ1SvY-WTpxj1d NYT - Russia Overcomes Sanctions to Expand Missile Production, Officials Say (September 2023): https://www.nytimes.com/2023/09/13/us/politics/russia-sanctions-missile-production.html Forbes - Want 200,000 155mm Artillery Shells A Month For Ukraine? This is a fight between two fighters separated by more than five weight classes. Russia has Ukraine pinned down and is raining punches on the immobilised target. The referee, had this been a normal fight, would jump in to stop the bout so to prevent the loser from suffering further injuries. However, the adjudicators have already placed money on Ukraine to win and would rather see them die trying. This is assisted suicide on an industrial scale and it is absolutely disgraceful.

The cruelty of the NATO position is barely believable.

We have been starting and losing wars for fifty years, and still we have not learned how to surrender. Our habit is to walk away, and that's harder to do in Ukraine. It pitiful that my country is simply a curse on the rest of the world.

A conflict between Ukraine and Russia presented a strategic opportunity for NATO/US. Crimea, with its 75% Russian population didn't mean much to Ukraine but to NATO/US, with the Russian naval base at Sevastopol would go control of the Black Sea and defense of all of Russia. This is why Putin invaded Ukraine. The war between Ukraine and Russia was orchestrated by NATO/US. Wars often bring unintended consequences and in this war, the US has had a loss of stature in the eyes of the rest of the world. This has triggered a realignment of a global scale.

The new strategy is to invent propaganda stories by paying media and influencers.

I was in Crimea in 2008 when Georgia started to shell the Russian peace keepers in So. Ossetia. My friends back in the States emailed me and said I should get out of Crimea because the Russians are going to invade there next - said so the MSM USA. I emailed them back and said - I'm OK - and the Russians? They are already here in Crimea - since 1776. lol

Russia has not only more men, more industrial capacity, and more resources but also more determination because they realize they are defending their civilization.
