That trial was a railroad job from kangaroo court hell. Every member of the jury had their life threatened. Free Derek.
I still remember that the news interviewed one of the jury, a black man. Even he said that the jury was pressured to vote guilty because of what would happen if they didn't
For a specific people group who screamed about lynch mobs being unjust, it is curious that same specific people group scream lynch mobs in the media are required for justice
as a former cop, and watch ANY police video where they are apprehending anyone who is resisting, it can take 3 or more big guys to put a scrawny crack head in cuffs. What I don't understand is why no one focuses on what he was being detained for.
I give the honest jurors credit.
ALL these sucks wanted to avoid a black riot.
Thank you for this report.
I watched the video. I didn't see why it was necessary to kneel on a handcuffed person's neck until he died. People don't realize he had other excessive force issues, like smashing a woman's teeth out and kneeling on her as well. Chauvin was rightfully convicted of murder, IMHO.
people were literally threatening violence if the jury didn't decide a certain way should have been moved or dismissed altogether
Need a lawyer answer here but I was always under the impression that a lawsuit cannot be settled or brought till the criminal charges have been fully finished
