Ben, believe it or not, the Jubilee clip of the trans man yelling at you was what got me to start watching your channel. I haven’t personally taken any debate classes, but I know the overall premise is to speak civilly and not blast ad hominems, neither of which your opponent did, obviously. I commend you for staying calm under such pressure and realizing that the best thing to do there was just sit silently and let them vent. My boyfriend tells me that's actually a debate tactic, to just "let the other person dig themselves a deeper hole", but as a psychology student I feel that you may have also realized this person wouldn't listen to anything you said and just allowed it to be a therapy session for them. I have trans friends of my own, so I understand we probably don't share similar views on the topic, but if this is how you are treated by the majority of them, I can certainly understand why you hold the views you do, regardless of your religion. I'm sorry you have to put up with this kind of verbal abuse, but I'm glad to see you can at least accept it with dignity and a level head.

Well, at 65 years old I still was able to see something for the first time. It was the first time I ever saw an Orthodox Jewish guy wearing a yarmulke rapping. LOL Great year Ben, you are the best.

Ben I just want to say thank you for staying true to your values and not compromising them even when the mob screams at you. You are one of the few famous people who actually stands in their positions and doesn't just sway with the tide of whatever is currently happening. Keep doing what you are doing and don't fall to the mob even when they are "on our side". Thank you.
