A big Respect to Mark for actually going around the world for them instead of just eating in one State. And thank you for including Mohinga. Most of the time ppl never include Myanmar cuisines and it's sad to see that. Also 30:20 Mark Cmon! Come back to Myanmar to eat our Mohinga T_T. it's just 1 hr flight from BKK.

The snowball effect of 20 years of travel videos by Mark and his family into more comprehensive dish categories like just noodles around the world is impressive. So many dishes well known and not so well known around the world and Mark has probably eaten it is staggering, and I've had about half of these dishes myself. One of the hardest working YouTube creators out there, for sure.
Joshua weissman did a similar video called "i tested wold's best noodles" But i can count maybe only with my 2 hands he only tried less than 10, and mostly its all in china. No indonesia, no myanmar only big viral asian countries But unlike him, mark actually goes around the world and tried all kinds of noodles
Mark i think Italian pasta is out of this world....how ever Vietnamese noodles look so delicious my vote is on Vietnamese
