Jeff’s calendar: morning routine from 6h30 to 7h00am. Also Jeff 0:07 : alarm going off and waking up at 7h00. Finally a morning routine I feel I am able to follow! 😂
This video speaks to my soul man! You get even less time when you become a parent. Full time work, dad time, and YouTube channel. My 3 juggling balls right now 😂 I definitely use the McDonald's habit by listening to important podcasts in the car.
I love Jeff videos ,he SIMPLIFY things that you are able to apply . “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” Will definitely apply those simple time management tips.
My brother, I am a sucker for these types of videos to help me be the best “me” in my daily work and content creation balance. I want to say thank you for making this high quality video with everything so organized. While it is a reminder that I am currently doing awful with this stuff, it has lit a fire under my ass so thank you sir!
The Tinder app at the beginning got a good chuckle out of me
Jeff. Your magic is consistency in action. Alternately, person can be a checklist wizard and fall down. 6:29 Too many is as bad as none. 7:03 Relevance. 7:27 specific and relevant I do best when my calendar includes time to summarize, next move, and life essentials.
When watching self-help Youtube videos, I normally speed them up to at least 1.5 times. But this one had me fascinated with the info and cuteness overload, I had to slow down the clip. Great tips, especially #2 and #7, Jeff! 😘
I honestly have never felt that a video or any advice has described me this accurately... ever. I can relate to each and every point. I haven't been diagnosed, but I am convinced that I have ADHD and that it is making things extremely difficult for me. I really appreciate this video. I feel like you explained my own situation to me and gave me great advice to manage it. Thank you.
