Loved this peek into Nicole Wallace’s personality ❤ I watch daily and I too am worried. But your show and hers are so desperately needed right now. When I watch your coverage I think of how proud your kids must be! When your grandchildren are growing up, they’ll remember their grandparents were a key part of saving democracy in America. You both deserve time away from the chaos and an opportunity to ground yourselves for the year to come. Like you I have my angst about what lies ahead and fear articulating it, but because I feel so unsettled, I wrote my MP tonight (Defence Minister McGuinty) to express my concerns about the current direction of the US Administration. Watching from Canada it’s heartbreaking to see this unfold, but I have faith and confidence that you all will find a better, more capable leader. When that happens, I think you’ll find your allies will rally and support the great American people as they put things back in order. It will take time for them to recover from their own Trump trauma as the damage to their economies and their people is ongoing… but it’s the current occupant of the Oval Office and his cowardly posse of enablers they’re mad at.
