They where probably built long before Egypt even existed, same thing probably applies to the pyramids. That would explain why Egyptian authorities are so hesitant to allow thorough excavations.
Both Sphinxes and the Pyramids are legacies from a prior civilization, with large lion heads, built between 12k and 24k years ago. The Egyptians found the constructions at Giza already in place when they arrived, just like the Aztecs and Incas told the Spanish Explorers that all the megalithic constructions existed before their cultures moved in and repaired what they could.
Could see there being two, starting as being lions, and being recut as Pharoahs
Graham Hancock put together some very interesting info in one of his books. The original Sphinx very likely, almost certainly, had the head of a lion.
The face of a lion looks better than a Small funky head
legacy, definitely. Also this second sphinx will prove without a shadow of a doubt they are both MUCH older than we are being told
I'm still not convinced that it's a human face because the scans are not clear enough. I'll need to see more details.
Probably older than we would like to think. Maybe the early Egyptians reshaped the heads to look like one of their rulers and that is why the heads are smaller than they should be compare to the structure.
The lion was recut into the Pharaoh. Absolutely no one with an IQ above 10 thought the current face was a fucking lion.
I believe that most of the monuments were found and later modified. Thank you for the video.
