Randall is just a good sport and has a great sense of humor. He is the perfect JRE guest. He also knows his stuff very well, better than most other guests. The fact that he brings in his own slides is phenomenal!

I am a former high school teacher from a big inner city school, Randall. Your connection with children may have surprised you but most true teachers fall in love every September and say tearful goodbyes every June. Your concept of running a center where kids experience OUTDOORS and NATURE is critical. I currently live on 12 wild acres with horses and a creek that floods. When I taught English, most of the kids were nonreaders or read at 4th grade levels. The biggest trigger for bad behavior was if their illiteracy was about to be exposed. My classroom count was always over 42-45 comprising many gangbangers with fist fights, drug busts and weapon confiscations. The magic number the Department of Education has known since Aristotle’s time is 22. As Joe says: SO GLAD you are out there, Randall.

Thank goodness we have this man's knowledge and ideas recorded.
