ICE agents shot and killed two men, days apart, in different parts of the United States. Last week, the victim was father-of-three Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston, Texas. On Monday, it was 26-year-old Joan Sebastian Guerrero in Biddeford, Maine. Immigration expert Andrea Flores, who previously worked for the Obama White House and Department of Homeland Security, points out the policies that keep leading to these shootings and discusses what can be done to stop them.
