Funny how Powell thought inflation suddenly wasn't a thing when he suddenly lowered them during thr election to help get Biden elected. Also who the hell controls the fed? Which banks? We speculate but no one knows 100%, thats fn crazy. 2% inflation rate was also simply "made up" its a conjured up mythical goal for the purpose of having one. I do not proclaim to have the solution here other then forcing govs to have balanced budgets, however people are incredibly gullible if they think the fed doesnt act politically and is the best source of control beyond th3 governments and thus the people's control? Dont know. However one can point to the results of the feds attempts at controlling inflation over the past 100 years and simply look at the value of your money.
