*Quayshawn Spencer argues that evolutionary concepts such as competition and cooperation can sometimes improve social systems and sometimes undermine them.* Should ideas from evolution play a role in shaping social policy, or are the risks too great?

Perhaps we should start having episodes about Critical Theory and post-estructuralism to avoid asking questions like this one.

Any knowledge can be used for good and evil. Wisdom is deciding how to use the knowledge for good. 👍

That's like asking can eugenics be useful. To suggest social darwinism in the realm of economics where human relations are reduced to mere competition is to overlook, more so, downplay the importance of cooperation in solving problems and communication. Human relations approached narrowly through the prism of competition is not a virtue, but rather a vice because it conditions people to conceive life as a zero sum game.

No form of Darwinism can be useful. The notion that a primate is the prototype for the human as Darwin a biologist assumed rather than the prototype for the human being the Universe as Da Vinci understood has zero usefulness and can lead to harmful ideologies such as Communism and likely next up; Trans humanism. The Church will defeat the ideologies and banish them to the trash where they belong. Man as the microcosm of the macrocosm; the Universe makes sense with fourteen versions of the human in one Universal Cycle to its own unique prototype the Universe. If our prototype were a primate it is unlikely we would be exploring outer space or even know that it exists.

QUAYSHAWN nails it on this clip. Social Darwinisn is (in miniature) practiced by all "tribes" or villages of humans AND HAS been since our emergence as the alpha primates on the planet.. Even OTHER primates incorporate such "drives" in their communal interactions with each other, just not quite as complex.. One opinion, peace..

He is unable to show this issue without rethoric and a lot descrepancies. He makes mistakes and tries to cover It up, given a sense of Darwinist evidence.

"Can Social Darwinism Be Useful" It is just mind-blowing to think that people who vehemently condemn the holocaust are still supporting Darwinism that convinced Hitler to abandon Jesus, thinking he is the naturally selected SUPERIOR SPECIES who then naturally selected millions of inferiors to be executed... .. and to make it worst, it is being taught in schools, NON-STOP, poisoning the minds of our innocent children who many grew up godless immoral unaccountable demons destroying their lives and their future with drugs and immoralities dragging this world down into the immoral abyss of no return ---- the worst form of CHILD ABUSE
