Doctors like you are so important. In my experience, the vast majority only know how to treat symptoms, prescribe expensive and often times damaging drugs, and know little to nothing about nutrition, exercise or preventative care. I appreciate what you’re doing.

Thank you for all your information. I just wanted to share that I am 61yr old Hindu vegetarian who has been on keto for 4 months now. I have lost 6kg.I am a chronic asthmatic now for 37 yrs but since doing OMAD I have reduced the usage of my maintenance dose of seretide 50/250. Being vegetarian it's been tough on the food variety but I enjoy your cauliflower base pizza . I want to continue with keto as a lifestyle change in order to cure my asthma.
