Florence vs The Germ Machine
Florence Nightingale: Terrain Thinker vs. Germ Theory Advocate
Discover what Florence Nightingale truly wrote about disease causation, environment, and hygiene, and learn why establishment narratives distort her role in medical history.
Short Summary
- Uncover direct quotes showing Nightingale prioritized environmental factors (cleanliness, air, light) over specific pathogens.
- Analyze deceptive historical citations that falsely link her to accepting germ theory proponents like Pasteur and Koch.
- Understand Nightingale’s framework, which aligns with terrain thinking rather than contagion-based microbiology.
This document examines Nightingale's original writings, particularly Notes on Nursing, to settle the modern debate regarding her stance on germ theory. You will gain clarity on how her established principles of sanitation conflict with the modern narrative linking her directly to Pasteur's microbiology.

You know you’re doing some of the most important work of our modern times. I mean that.
Watched on Odyssey, commenting for the algorithm. Thanks for the work you do guys.
Look at the way those poor people lived in the cities, so crammed together. No wonder they were ill. And how much easier to sell them medicine, than to help them live a natural healthy life. Still the same today
It’s been many years since nursing school and I can’t remember details but I didn’t walk away with a positive view of Florence Nightingale, the supposed matriarch of our field. I have always carried a negative view of her that was implanted in my mind during those years. Even tho I can’t remember the exact words that gave me that impression, I now understand why she was presented in a negative light. It’s like they were acknowledging her contribution but discrediting her at the same time.
I haven't seen a doctor since 2002 and have never taken any pharmaceuticals including antibiotics and currently have no health problems on a low carb diet. When it came to vax Eleanor Mc Beans book, The Poisoned Needle enlightened me, along with the publication of The Vaccination Superstition by John W Hodge 1902
Sam, as always, thank you for standing out there as our modern day shining lamp of light in the fog of evil
Really enjoying challenging yet another societal presupposition. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Oh, yes, I’ve enjoyed this video , just like all the videos posted by you, Dr. Sam Bailey, I’ve watched so far (I’m a recent subscriber). Only wish it was a part of my nursing education and approved practices back in the day, so I didn’t have to quit after I found the truth. Thank you for not bending over and for speaking out!
Great work!!!!!!!
Have you ever read Ellen White, 'The Ministry of Healing'? Here is a quote: "Disease is an effort of nature to free the system from conditions that result from a violation of the laws of health. In case of sickness, the cause should be ascertained. Unhealthful conditions should be changed, wrong habits corrected. Then nature is to be assisted in her effort to expel impurities and to re-establish right conditions in the system." She lays out a comprehensive approach to understand and heal disease. Well worth a read. Very condensed material. This was written in 1905.
