He introduced me to the idea of the divine spark and its changed my entire outlook on life. It’s 5 am on thanksgiving morning but here I am in class. Thank you for being such a bright light Professor
"Don't be an NPC." - Jesus I like that.
They wanted Jesus killed because he claimed to be the messiah they were waiting for, but they wanted a messiah that would conquer the world for them. They didn't like that He subverted their expectations and preached about love, forgiveness, etc. and he was accruing a massive following of people. They saw him as a threat to their religious hegemony and a threat to their plans for global domination.
May God protect this Professor and give us many years with him.
This has been one of the best finds on youtube, i've now watched all the lectures. What a blessings this man is to humanity 🙏
As a Rasta man, I was able to link today's class with some songs that taught me the same lessons as today's class. It shows how all religions are more or less the same in their teachings. I'm sharing with you'll as my classmates; 1 Be Honest to yourself-Culture/Joseph Hill 2 Collie Field Roots music - Norris Reid. 3 One Stone -Culture One thing i realised as i was trying to find myself is that; no one can tell you what is true but once you discover it, you will know because a spark will glow in YOU.
