The Russia-Ukraine conflict has proven to be a clear, visual demonstration of Clausewitz vs. the myopic, narrative-driven, shock and awe Western warfare, heavily dependent on short-term tactical victories. One could assume that the postmodern theories heavily touted by the West over the past couple of decades have infiltrated and decentred Western military doctrines as well. That said, I do feel that despite the achievement of Russia's operational, tactical and strategic objectives within the attritional theatre of the SMO, the repeated violations of her red lines and the delayed response to them have had grave geopolitical repercussions which have and may continue to facilitate the dirty war against Russia in the future. Thank you for inviting the wonderfully erudite, soft-spoken Willy OAM to your show. He has gained a subscriber today.
