I've been using Kimi K2.5 for programming through Code, with an advanced reasoning framework and it's on pair with Opus 4.5 for SWE, real world tasks in a multi-million lines code base, while being way cheaper.

I've been playing with Kimi a lot since 2.0... Now even when I put it in "Fast" mode because I just have a pretty straightforward question or want a basic interaction, it still often unleashes this mega agent swarm and gives me an encyclopediac and authoritative response that makes me almost shy to continue the session! Very impressive model. Bouncing Claude and Kimi off each other gives me some very original approaches. Having tried every LLM provider out there... those are my only two subscriptions right now.
